KRYONIX FAQ
Is KRYONIX available to buy?
Not yet. KRYONIX is in development and no commercial inventory is currently available.
Were real KRYONIX prototypes produced?
Yes. Cobalt Rush and Arctic Citrus were produced in a real short-run prototype batch and used for structured consumer testing.
What are the first two flavors?
Cobalt Rush is the blue raspberry and lemon direction. Arctic Citrus is the yuzu and lemon direction.
Are the other four flavors available?
No. Crimson Pulse, Mango Volt, Green Circuit, and Purple Current are future roadmap concepts only and have not entered production.
What is Campaign #1 funding?
Campaign support is planned for professional formula refinement, production brand standards, production-ready packaging, the storefront and feedback foundation, compliance preparation, and commercial launch readiness. Platform and payment fees, supporter-reward production, U.S. fulfillment and shipping assumptions, and contingency reduce the amount available for development; no net amount is guaranteed.
Do supporters control flavors or company decisions?
No. Support does not provide ownership, voting rights, formula control, branding control, or business decision-making authority. Those decisions remain with KRYONIX Energy LLC.
How does prototype feedback work?
Use the permanent feedback page to select the flavor, rate the experience, and leave optional comments. Email is not required to rate a prototype.
Are the nutrition and ingredient details final?
No. Formula, nutrition, ingredient, barcode, regulatory, and related production information must be finalized and professionally reviewed before commercial release.
Is the current KRYONIX K mark final?
Not yet. The crystalline blue, silver, and gold K shown on this development storefront is the current visual direction. The final production mark is being professionally refined before long-term commercial use.
Can a retailer or business contact KRYONIX before products are available?
Yes. Retailers, gyms, convenience stores, specialty shops, distributors, and other businesses can use the business inquiry form now. An inquiry expresses interest only; product availability, pricing, quantities, shipping, and payment terms will be established later.
Is the Indiegogo campaign a beverage preorder?
No. The campaign supports KRYONIX development and launch readiness. No reward includes a beverage, and no commercial beverage inventory is represented as available.
What supporter rewards are planned?
The current noncumulative ladder is a KRYONIX Founding Supporter digital collectible at $5; a KRYONIX sticker sheet at $15; a K-shaped acrylic keychain at $25; a black KRYONIX T-shirt at $50; and a black KRYONIX hoodie at $100. Final production details remain subject to provider verification.
Do campaign rewards stack?
No. Each tier includes only the item specifically described for that tier. Lower-tier rewards are not added cumulatively.
Who can participate, and where can physical rewards ship?
The campaign and physical-reward fulfillment are restricted to the United States. The live Indiegogo reward page provides the controlling availability and shipping details.
How will T-shirt and hoodie sizes be selected?
After a successful campaign, KRYONIX plans to collect the applicable garment size during post-campaign fulfillment. Planned T-shirt sizes are XS-5XL and planned hoodie sizes are S-5XL, subject to final provider availability.
When are supporter rewards expected?
The current Indiegogo estimate is May 2027. Timing remains subject to a successful campaign, final provider approval, supporter information collection, production, and carrier delivery. The live reward page provides the controlling estimate.
What happens if the campaign does not fund or proceed to fulfillment?
Indiegogo will apply the funding and payment rules displayed on the live campaign. KRYONIX will communicate the outcome through the campaign, and supporter merchandise will never be treated as a beverage preorder.
How do campaign cancellations and refund requests work?
Before campaign end, eligible standard pledges can generally be canceled through Indiegogo; instant-payment pledges may require contacting Indiegogo or KRYONIX. Post-campaign requests are reviewed through Indiegogo based on fulfillment status, the published campaign policy, platform rules, and applicable law.
How does KRYONIX identify AI-assisted and concept imagery?
Real prototype photographs are identified as prototypes. Indiegogo reward merchandise images are AI-assisted concept mockups, not photographs of manufactured final products. Final dimensions, materials, colors, finish, and print placement may change after provider templates and samples are verified.
